Please note:

To respect everyone's busy schedules and to maintain a consistent
class atmosphere please arrive to class a few minutes early as  
unfortunately latecomers will not be permitted.  Doors will be closed
However the studio will be open 30 min before and after class to
allow for students to purchase session packages as well as warm
up and or relax in the hot room prior to class starting and restore
and relax after class.   The instructor will also be available at this
time to answer any questions you may have.
What to Bring:
Bring a yoga mat, bath towel and refillable water bottle.  Please avoid  
coffee and eating any heavy meals 2-3 hours before class,
arrive well  
hydrated!
 Wear minimal clothing, whatever you feel comfortable
with.(remember you will sweat!!)  Change rooms are available to change
before and after class.


We have filtered water at the studio so you can refill your bottle.

We do advise that you please check with your physician prior to starting
any exercise program if you feel that you are at risk for injury.

As an introductory special your first class with us is free.  We feel
confident that this will allow you to come, try it, love it and want to come
back!

10 class card................................$110   

20 class card................................$200                        

One month unlimited.................$140
